GENERAL

I have the right to turn down any commission and am not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.

I will only take a commission if you have reference pictures.

My work is primarily for personal use only, thus commercial use fee's will apply separately. If you wish to use it for non personal reasons, make sure you make that clear as you're commissioning me.

If the art piece is used online for things such as profile pictures, twitter banners, etc., credit must be provided, meaning my socials such as vgen, instagram, or twitter are linked as the source.

Payment should only be sent once the commission details have been discussed with me, and the request has been approved.

I will send my client a watermarked sketch before continuing my work to see if changes are needed. I will not show any more progress unless I am working on a large project or am requested to.

You cannot make more than 2 large changes to the sketch (such as changing the composition, vibe, the pose, etc.)

Do not edit or sell my work without my explicit consent. If I do not give you a clear 'yes' then my work shouldn't be used for commercial purposes.

I retain the rights to every image I produce. I am being paid to create these, not to transfer the rights to them.

PAYMENT

I will only take upfront payment, and work will not begin until payment has been confirmed.

I do not take rush fee's. The commissions completion time is entirely up to me, and may shift depending on my health or complexity of the commission.

REFUNDS

A client is able to receive a full refund up until the sketch has been approved. After that, no refunds will be given out.

COMMUNICATION

Primary line of communication will be Discord or Instagram. You are free to request other social media as a form of contact (ex. email or twitter), however keep in mind that my response time will take a much more significant hit if we communicate through there only.

My work flow tends to be on the slower side, so a commission regularly takes me a couple weeks to finish depending on how complex it is. I will however, keep my client updated with the progress, so you know what may be going on behind the scenes & are up to date with everything.
